The Brampton Roxton Black is a singular Cabernet Sauvignon, resplendent in its deep ruby color. The nose is an orchestra of ripe black fruit, nuanced oak hints, and fragrant herbs, all culminating in a structured and assertively masculine palate. A lush center integrates the oak's spice with fine tannins, creating a wine with profound depth and complexity. The luscious mouthfeel and the mesmerizingly long finish heighten the overall experience.
Das handgelesene Traubengut wurde komplett entrappt und nach sorgfältiger Qualitätskontrolle sieben bis zehn Tage lang bei einer geregelten Temperatur von 26–28°C in Tanks aus Edelstahl fermentiert, wobei der Wein regelmäßig umgepumpt und durchlüftet wurde. Nach Abschluss der Fermentierung verbrachte die Maische vor dem Abpressen noch eine einmonatige Quellphase, um die Extraktion von reifen und wohl abgerundeten Tanninen sowie intensive Farbe im Wein gewährleisten zu können. Anschließend reifte der Wein 14-16 Monate lang in französischen Eichenholzfässern (30% Neuholz).
