The Brampton Roxton Black is a singular Cabernet Sauvignon, resplendent in its deep ruby color. The nose is an orchestra of ripe black fruit, nuanced oak hints, and fragrant herbs, all culminating in a structured and assertively masculine palate. A lush center integrates the oak's spice with fine tannins, creating a wine with profound depth and complexity. Treatment in the cellar

The hand-harvested grapes were completely destemmed and underwent a meticulous quality check before fermenting in stainless steel tanks for seven to ten days at controlled temperatures of 26–28°C, with regular pump-overs and aeration. After fermentation, the must rested for an additional month to extract mature, rounded tannins and rich color. The wine matured for 14-16 months in French oak barrels (30% new oak).
