Das Traubengut wurde bei optimalem Reifegrad gelesen und bei Ankunft in der Kellerei leicht gequetscht. Anschließend fermentierte es in Fässern aus 20% neuer französischer Eiche, wo der Wein nach Abschluss der Fermentierung weitere acht Monate reifte. Abfüllung im Januar 2024.
