Displaying a fresh gold-green color with a lime-hued rim, the Bosman Upper Hemel en Aarde Chardonnay emanates enchanting aromas of warm butterscotch, intertwined with hints of citrus fruits, sweet pear, and freshly baked brioche. These delightful notes flow harmoniously onto the palate, leading to an impressive creamy texture that finishes with a mineral elegance.
Treatment in the cellar
The cooled grapes were first pressed and the juice obtained was left to rest before selected yeasts were added to start fermentation. The fermentation process took place at a controlled cool temperature in order to preserve a high degree of freshness in the wine. 15% of the wine fermented for six months in new Burgundy barrels.
