The Bosman Generation 8 Shiraz displays a striking garnet color with violet nuances, offering a sophisticated bouquet of fine spices and aromatic tobacco, along with delicate notes of new leather and ripe dark plums. Its lively palate features flavors of blackberries and plums, accented by a hint of white pepper, showcasing a medium body and refreshing acidity.
Das Traubengut für diesen Shiraz wurde handverlesen, entrappt und leicht angequetscht, bevor es bei einer eher niedrigen Temperatur von 24°-26°C vergoren wurde. Nach Abschluss der Gärung reifte der Wein sechs Monate lang in Kontakt mit französischem Eichenholz, von dem 15% Neuholz ausmachte.
