The Boschkloof Sauvignon Blanc 2024 reveals a lively character, dominated by enticing aromas of kiwi, gooseberry, and subtle guava. Die Trauben wurden von Hand in kleinen Körben bei 21 bis 23°B geerntet. Der Ertrag betrug 7 Tonnen pro Hektar. Die Trauben hatten vor der Gärung eine vierstündige Maischestandzeit. 100 % wurden im Tank vergoren und anschließend vier Monate auf der Grobhefe belassen. Die Bâtonnage erfolgte wöchentlich, bis der Wein für die Abfüllung stabilisiert war.
