The Boschkloof Chardonnay 2024 exhibits both freshness and complexity. It entices with lively aromas of citrus, lime, and a subtle touch of apricot. Die Trauben wurden von Hand in kleinen Körben bei 22 bis 23,5 °C gelesen. Der Ertrag lag bei 6 Tonnen pro Hektar. Etwa 35 % der Trauben wurden im Edelstahltank vergoren, die restlichen 70 % in kleinen 225-Liter-Fässern aus französischer Eiche. Der Wein reifte 10 Monate auf der Hefe im Fass, bevor die beiden Komponenten vor der Abfüllung miteinander verschnitten wurden.
