Presenting the Boschendal Suzanne, a luxurious white blend honoring Suzanne de Lanoy, the spouse of Boschendal's Huguenot founder, Nicolas de Lanoy. This blend features 56% Semillon and 44% Sauvignon Blanc, revealing a luminous straw color with a sparkling green edge. Enticing notes of white nectarine, lime, and green fig jam are elegantly complemented by subtle oak hints. A whisper of mineral crispness adds intrigue to the overall palate. Die Trauben werden kalt gelagert und in 500-Liter-Eichenfässern vergoren. Nach der Gärung erfolgt eine 11-monatige Reifung in überwiegend 500-Liter-Fässern aus französischer Eiche, die dem Wein weitere Dimensionen und ein besseres Mundgefühl verleihen.
