Die Vinifizierung fand reduziert statt, was bedeutet, dass Sauerstoff gänzlich aus dem Prozess der Weinverarbeitung "verbannt" wurde, um die delikate Sauvignon Blanc Traube zu schützen. Die Fermentierung fand bei geregelten16°C statt. Es wurde ein kleiner Anteil Semillon beigefügt, der für kurze Zeit in kleinen Eichenfässern reifte, um eine bessere Komplexität und Textur in den Wein zu übertragen.
