The Boplaas The Chocolate Cape Vintage captivates with its vibrant purple-black color and garnet rim. Im Boplaas The Chocolate Cape Vintage wurden Touriga Nacional und Tinta Barocca Trauben verwendet, zum richtigen Zeitpunkt wurde die Fermentation mit hochwertigem Traubenschnaps unterbrochen, dann reifte er 12 Monate in alten Holzfässern und wurde anschließend auf die Flasche gefüllt. Die Herstellung ähnelt dem Cape Ruby, wobei der Cape Chocolate jedoch noch länger auf der Flasche reifte.
