The Boplaas The Chocolate Cape Vintage captivates with its vibrant purple-black color and garnet rim. The Boplaas The Chocolate Cape Vintage utilizes Touriga Nacional and Tinta Barocca grapes, with fermentation interrupted by high-quality grape brandy at the right moment. It then ages for 12 months in old oak barrels before bottling. Similar to Cape Ruby, the Cape Chocolate matures even longer in the bottle.
