Crafted from Portugal's classic varieties, traditional vinification methods were employed for this fine Cape Vintage Port, creating a wine that honors its roots and can be enjoyed for decades. Handpicked at optimal ripeness, the grapes were vinified in traditional „Lagares“. During fermentation, the cap was regularly submerged to maximize flavor, color, and tannin extraction. After fermentation, the wine was fortified with alcohol, aged for two years in large French oak barrels, and bottled unfiltered and unfined.
80% Touriga Nacional, 10% Tinta Barocca, 5% Souzao, 5% Touriga Franca.
