Lebenslinien and Our Social Projects at the Cape of Good Hope

We'd like to share a brief overview of the last year at Lebenslinien e.V. to highlight the often unseen aspects of our work. For those who don’t know us, Lebenslinien e.V. is a non-profit organization founded in 2005, providing assistance to underprivileged children in South Africa.

Many know that the distribution of wealth and opportunities in Cape Town is extremely uneven. Thus, we share our contributions through Lebenslinien twice yearly, seeking your continued support.

A Huge Thank You to Our Customers

A big thank you to all our customers! You make this platform possible and secure our livelihoods. Approximately 90% of donations come from your circle, showcasing your wonderful support.

For this year, we’ve focused on three core projects.

The Fast Eleven Team

With the Fast 11 in the Township of Lwandle, we provide opportunities for football and netball, where coach Themba invests incredible hours to give children perspective. We support the team yearly with around €3,000. Their enthusiasm is infectious, and their dream of a sports pitch is on our agenda!

The Muffin Project

Our Muffin Project has provided more than 3 million "Magic Muffins" to children since 2005. These healthy snacks are vital for many kids, supported significantly by Rikus Neethling's efforts.

Eagle's Nest Kindergarten

At the "Eagle's Nest" in Grabouw, we've created a significant foundation that offers safety to many children. Here, we anticipate support to create life-changing opportunities.
