Ouzeri

What began as a pop-up series has transformed into a lively restaurant on Wale Street in Cape Town, inspired by the Cypriot heritage of Chef Nic Charalambous. He crafts a blend of regional Cypriot and Greek dishes along with contemporary flavors.

The menu showcases classic comfort foods, such as Yiouvetsi and octopus stifado, as well as exquisite pork chops with braised lentils and wild seasonal vegetables. Nic employs a charcoal grill for preparing fish and homemade sausages, accompanied by a selection of carefully chosen wines.
