The Barista Black is an exclusive Pinotage featuring captivating scents of red fruits, cherries, plums, and touches of gingerbread spice. On the palate, this deep red wine showcases a juicy heart, silky tannins, and intricate oak flavor. Its long finish is smooth and pleasantly dry.
Treatment in the cellar
Handpicked grapes were fermented in stainless steel and concrete tanks. Following fermentation, the wine aged for 18 months in French barriques (20% new oak) prior to bottling.
