The Babylonstoren Sprankel 2020 captivates with its pale straw hue and refreshing green reflections. Featuring an alluring bouquet of Golden Delicious apple, green lollipop, and exquisite tropical fruit, this Cap Classique reveals yeasty aromas of fragrant biscuits and freshly baked brioche. On the palate, it balances freshness with an exceptionally fine mousse and gentle acidity that perfectly complements the creamy hints of cashew. Delightful notes of ginger, lime zest, peach, and quince enrich the experience, intertwined with subtle mineral touches and a long-lasting finish.
Das Traubengut für diesen köstlichen Schaumwein wurde am ganzen Bund gepresst und fermentierte zunächst in Tanks aus Edelstahl, wo der Wein nach Abschluss der Gärung sieben Monate auf der feinen Hefe verbrachte, bevor er für die sekundäre Gärung auf die Flasche gefüllt wurde, wo der Wein vor dem Degorgement weitere 55 Monate auf der Hefe (in der Flasche) reifte.
