The Babylonstoren Mourvèdre Rosé is a celebration of romance in liquid form. Displaying a gentle salmon hue, its bouquet of pomegranate and evocative red berry florals draws you in. On the palate, it offers graceful hints of summer rose petals along with refreshing watermelon, framed by a crisp acidity that enhances the overall enjoyment, leading to a lingering and delightful finish.
After two hours of skin contact in the press, the grapes fermented in stainless steel tanks, as well as in concrete eggs and clay amphorae for three weeks. Prior to bottling, the wine aged for three months on fine lees.
