Information about "Alvi's Drift Signature Sauvignon Blanc 2025"

Presented in a delicate straw color, the Alvi's Drift Signature Sauvignon Blanc 2025 captivates with a beguiling aroma of tropical passion fruit and fig leaf. The palate is vibrant and crunchy, enhanced by zesty acidity and a clean, refreshing finish. Elegant and fruit-driven, this wine delivers a remarkably enjoyable experience!

Treatment in the cellar

Prior to fermentation, part of the must was drawn off to enhance the intensity of the remaining juice. After fermentation, the wine was aged on lees for four months. During this time, the lees were regularly stirred to promote a creamy texture (Bâtonnage).
