The Alvi's Drift Signature Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 is characterized by its vibrant ruby hue and a tempting bouquet of ripe blackberries and cherries, accented with delicate hints of vanilla, chocolate, and mint. Its robust palate is complemented by well-integrated tannins, resulting in a full-bodied and persistent mouthfeel. Das gesamte Lesegut stammt von der eigenen Farm und wurde bei optimalem Reifegrad von Hand gelesen. Vergoren wurde auf der Haut in offenen Tanks aus Edelstahl, wobei der Maischekuchen regelmäßig von Hand nach unten gedrückt wurde. Nach Abschluss der Gärung reifte der Wein acht Monate lang auf Eichenchips.
