Das Traubengut wurde per Hand gelesen und fünf bis sieben Tage lang bei einer geregelten Temperatur von 25°C auf der Schale fermentiert, und gepresst. Nach Abschluss der malolaktischen Fermentierung in Edelstahltanks reifte der Wein acht Monate lang in zweit- sowie drittbelegten Fässern aus französischer Eiche.
