The Allesverloren Chenin Blanc delivers a stunning clarity with its freshly tinted green hue. A bouquet of stone fruits, crisp apple, and a touch of zesty lime invites exploration. This medium-bodied, unoaked Chenin unfolds delicious layers of lime zest and ripe white pear, balanced harmoniously with a vibrant acidity that leads to an incredibly smooth, mineral finish.
These 1999-planted vines, shaped by time and the elements, flourish at 322 meters above sea level, yielding complex, concentrated flavors in this dry wine.
Das handgelesene Traubengut stammt von Buschreben der malerischen Swartland Region. Nach dem Quetschen der Beeren wurde der Saft zunächst leicht geklärt und anschließend mit ausgewählten Hefekulturen versetzt. Nach Abschluss der alkoholischen Fermentierung verbrachte der Wein noch weitere drei Monate auf der Gärhefe, bevor er zum frischen Genuss auf die Flasche gefüllt wurde.
