The Allesverloren Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 showcases a deep ruby hue, enchanting the nose with a captivating bouquet of ripe plums, blackcurrants, and a touch of white pepper, further enhanced by hints of oak spices and a cigar box. On the palate, this fruit-driven Cabernet reveals a luxurious, full-bodied experience with an outstanding tannin structure, accompanied by delightful notes of ripe cherries and dark chocolate. Rich and cohesive, this exquisite Cabernet finishes with a prolonged, satisfying conclusion.
The grapes were handpicked and fermented at 25°C for five to seven days. Following malolactic fermentation, the wine matured for 18 months in oak barrels, of which 30% were new oak.
