The various wine ranges under the Edgebaston label are intended to reflect the personality and winemaking philosophy of the Stellenbosch region and the Finlayson family. The wine portfolio offers, in addition to pure classic wines, the popular Rhône-style cuvée Edgebaston The Pepper Pot, as well as the white and red cuvée Edgebaston The Berry Box White and Edgebaston The Berry Box Red.

Quality and a holistic approach to winemaking is a priority at Edgebaston. We work here in agriculture, cultivation and wine production in absolute harmony with nature. The result is world-class wines. Edgebaston owns 22 hectares of land which is cultivated with the varieties Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Viognier, Shiraz, Mourvedre, Tannat, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc.

The Finlayson family has a strong belief that Stellenbosch has always been, and always will be, South Africa's top vineyard location. The Edgebaston vineyard has deep clay and slate subsoils, unique to this part of Stellenbosch, which produce wines of excellent structure, classic style and wonderfully fresh minerality.
