The Paul Clüver Riesling showcases a delicate straw color with bright green reflections. Its nose is a tapestry of aromas featuring fresh Granny Smith apples, fragrant citrus blossoms, invigorating limes, and gentle spices, creating an inviting experience. After gentle pressing, only the free-run juice was fermented with selected yeast cultures. 32% of the wine underwent fermentation in large oak barrels of 2500L, while the remaining portion was fermented in stainless steel tanks. Post-fermentation, the various components were blended and bottled for your enjoyment.
