Val du Charron Aphaea Silk Rosé shines with its soft salmon-pink color and tantalizes with inviting aromas of crushed strawberries, elegantly framed by notes of ripe raspberries and watermelon, with delicate hints of spice and floral undertones. This alluring fragrance beautifully translates to the palate, where a refreshing and well-balanced acidity delivers an elegant and crisp experience, ideal for pairing with light fare.
The grapes were handpicked at optimal ripeness early in the morning and transported in 20 kg boxes to the winery. They were immediately crushed and cooled overnight in refrigeration. The juice was inoculated with selected yeasts after two days to initiate fermentation, which occurred at a controlled temperature of 16°C in stainless steel tanks, preserving the wine's delicate aromas. Each varietal was fermented separately and blended only after fermentation to maximize complexity before bottling.
