The Spier Signature Chardonnay Pinot Noir Rosé 2025 captivates with alluring scents of raspberries and blackberries, harmonized by fresh yellow apple and red cherry compote. The grapes for the Spier Signature Chardonnay Pinot Noir Rosé (54% Chardonnay / 46% Pinot Noir) were hand-harvested in the early morning and cooled before careful quality selection. Whole bunch pressing followed, with the juice then transferred into stainless steel tanks. Fermentation occurred at controlled temperatures of 12-14°C. Both varietals fermented and aged separately, maturing on the lees for three additional months prior to blending and bottling.

Spier Rosé schmeckt immer und zu allem!
Als jemand, der 5 Monate im Jahr in Kapstadt lebt, habe ich als Rosè-Liebhaber immer Lust auf ein neuen, mal anderen Weingeschmack. Nach den verschiedensten Tastings , haben wir den Spier Rosé wegen seiner Ausgewogenheit zu unserem Favoriten gemacht. Rosè ist in . Ein Wein, den Sie gut gekühlt, zu den verschiedensten Gerichten trinken und auch anbieten können. Das Bemühen der Winzer einen geschmacklich hervortetenden Wein zu kreiren, gelingt leider auch nicht immer. Beim Spier Rosé ist dies in hervorragender Weise gelungen. Kompliment! Die äußerst positive Resonanz unserer Freunde bestätigt Geschmack und Qualität.
