The Saronsberg Provenance Shiraz reveals a captivating interplay of soft tannins and remarkable richness. Notes of red berries and black cherries meld with rich tobacco undertones, delightfully caressing the palate and leading to a silky finish that lingers pleasantly. Nach der Lese wurden die Trauben von 25 bestausgebildeten Mitarbeitern der Farm handsortiert. Nachdem das Traubengut vorsichtig angepresst wurde, weichte es vier Tage lang ein, geschützt von einer CO2 Decke. Die Tanks wurden mit Hefe versetzt und fermentierten temperaturkontrolliert, während der Tresterhut dreimal am Tag untergehoben wurde. Der Saft lag zwischen 11-22 Tage auf der Haut. Dann wurde er zu 30% in neue französische Eichenfässer und 70% in Zweitbelegung gefüllt. Die zehn monatige malolaktische Fermentation fand auf der Hefe statt. Danach wurde der Wein wieder in Holzfässer zurückgeführt. Nach insgesamt 18 Monaten im Holz wurde der Wein gefiltert und auf die Flasche gefüllt.
