Vineyard Rustenberg Wines
Founded in 1682, Rustenberg Winery is located in South Africa's top wine region Stellenbosch, in the Simonsberg valley.
Rustenberg's rich heritage and ethos is shaped by centuries of influence, by man's efforts to work with and understand nature to produce wines of individual character, clearly defined by grape variety and style. The first historical record of the estate is a receipt for the sale of brandy to a midwife in 1692.
With this long and proud history of producing remarkable wines, Rustenberg's production style can be easily summarised: Wines of first-class quality are produced here in accordance with the style of the estate and the terroir of the vineyards.
