The Opstal Cabernet Sauvignon Cinsault artfully blends the robust Cabernet Sauvignon with the subtle Cinsault, resulting in a captivating cuvée that charms the palate. Das Traubengut wurde zunächst komplett entrappt und gequetscht, woraufhin der Saft zur Fermentierung in offene Beton-Tanks geleitet wurde. Die Cinsault-Trauben wurden zu 50% am ganzen Bund vergoren. Die Fermentierung fand unter regelmäßigem Umpumpen der Maische statt. Nach Abschluss der alkohlischen Gärung unterlief der Wein auch zu 100% die malolaktische Fermentierung.
