The Nederburg Baronne captures attention with its rich ruby color and offers enticing aromas of dark berries interlaced with delicate spices. On the palate, this incredibly smooth red blend is juicy and lush, featuring notes of ripe blueberries, cherries, and blackcurrants, gracefully complemented by soft hints of pepper and cinnamon.
Die Trauben wurden zerstoßen und anschließend auf der Haut und unter Zugabe ausgewählter Hefestämme temperaturgeregelt in Edelstahl vergoren. Nach Abschluss der Fermentierung wurde der Wein von der Hefe abgestochen und reifte abschließend sechs Monate lang in einer Auswahl von Eichenholzfässern, bevor die Weine verschnitten und die fertige Cuvée auf die Flasche gefüllt wurde.
