Inspired by the Northern Rhône, the Glenelly Glass Collection Syrah is a vibrant and fruit-forward wine. It showcases an enticing bouquet of spices and delicate rose petals, beautifully complemented by juicy red berry fruits. The deep violet color captivates the senses, and the palate reveals a balanced medium body with silky tannins and a touch of white pepper and cloves that harmonizes seamlessly.
The grapes were hand-picked and stored in tanks where spontaneous natural fermentation occurred. After three weeks of skin contact, the juice was pressed, and malolactic fermentation began in French oak barrels. The wine then matured for 12 months in wood.
