Inspired by the Northern Rhône, the Glenelly Glass Collection Syrah is a vibrant and fruit-forward wine. It showcases an enticing bouquet of spices and delicate rose petals, beautifully complemented by juicy red berry fruits. The deep violet color captivates the senses, and the palate reveals a balanced medium body with silky tannins and a touch of white pepper and cloves that harmonizes seamlessly.
Die gesamten Trauben wurden handgelesen und in Tanks gelagert, wo die natürliche Fermentierung spontan stattfand. Sie wurden drei Wochen auf der Haut gelassen, bevor der Saft abgepresst wurde und die malolaktische Gärung in französischen Eichenfässern in Gang kam. Danach reifte der Wein 12 Monate in Holz.
