Der Chardonnay wurde zu 100 % in Stahl ausgebaut - der kleine Anteil an Chenin Blanc wurde zwei Wochen am ganzen Bund auf der Haut fermentiert.

Sehr guter Chardonnay
Chardonnay ist nicht unbedingt meine Lieblingstraube, aber dieser Wein ist rund und macht Spaß. Ein sehr guter Begleiter für helles Fleisch wie Huhn, Grillgerichte vom Schwein und auch für kräftige Meeresfrüchte. Ich würde ihn wiederkaufen.
