Brilliantly golden, the DeMorgenzon DMZ Chardonnay enchants in the glass. Its nose reveals floral notes paired with clean stone fruit aromas. On the palate, juicy flavors of apricot and white peach are bolstered by delicate oak. The wine is full-bodied, enriched with citrus hints and a touch of vanilla, leading to a spicy and mineral finish that invites further enjoyment.
Die Chardonnay-Weine der verschiedenen Parzellen reiften separat auf der Hefe in einer Kombination aus Edelstahl und Fässern aus französischer Eiche. Nach sieben Monaten wurden die Weine verschnitten und reiften anschließend weitere sieben Monate, bevor der Wein leicht gefiltert zum fertigen Genuss auf die Flasche gefüllt wurde.
