The De Krans Garden Route Sauvignon Blanc shines in a clear, bright hue, unveiling a bouquet of fresh aromas including green bell pepper, crisp grass, and alluring tropical fruits. These vibrant facets persist on the palate, enhanced by hints of freshly cut grass and Fynbos, leading to a long finish enriched with mineral notes that provide a rounded, enduring finale.
Situated at 600 meters above sea level, these vineyards thrive in the Upper Langkloof region, surrounded by the majestic Outeniqua Mountains.
Die Trauben werden mit äußerster Sorgfalt behandelt und nur die besten Beeren werden von Hand ausgewählt. Im Keller werden die Trauben entrappt und in einem geschlossenem Tank leicht zerkleinert und auf der Schale gelassen. Danach wird der Saft abgetrennt und leicht gepresst wonach die Gärung beginnt. Der Wein ruht noch weitere sechs Monate auf der Hefe vor dem Abfüllen.
