Cloof The Very Sexy Shiraz 2024 reveals an intense complex aroma, where notes of spices, particularly cloves and black pepper, shine through prominently. Its deep, dark ruby red captivates the eye, while the palate is treated to a remarkably smooth tannin structure—richly concentrated and alluring flavor nuances unveil. Lush fruit notes weave seamlessly with delicate floral undertones and fine accents of premium French oak, culminating in a long, fruity, yet pleasantly dry finish.

This Shiraz underwent a two-day cold soak at a constant 10ºC before fermenting on the skins for eight days at 30ºC, separating free-run and pressed juice. Following fermentation, malolactic fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks, after which the wine aged for 12 months in oak barrels.

Macht seinen Namen alle Ehre…
sehr gut gedecktes Rubinrot, klar. Würzig klare feine Nase nach dunklen Beeren und Kräuter. Am Gaumen saftig und würzig, frisch und elegant, dicht und fein. Zeigt auch Finesse. Insgesamt fein und elegant. Dicht. Schöne Länge. Hat Schmelz und Struktur.
